Because current Tellure purchases are completed through Amazon, Amazon processes returns and refunds under the policies that apply to each order.

In some cases, Amazon may issue a refund without requiring the item to be returned. Eligibility is determined by Amazon. To request a return or refund, begin with the order in Your Orders and follow the options Amazon provides.
